Made a fantastic parry at his near post to keep out a fierce Ozil drive but wasn't able to do anything about any of the goals and earned himself a booking for protesting after Ronaldo's deflected fourth.
Worked hard but simply could not contain Ronaldo, who ran riot down the left flank. Beaten by the Portuguese as he crossed for Benzema to make it 1-0 and never looked at ease. Was eventually replaced.
Failed to track Benzema for the first goal and let Higuain escape for the third as he was shown up on a series of occasions in the left-back position.
Intercepted an Ozil cross for a corner after 32 minutes, then dived in to cut out a dangerous ball as Higuain looked to race clear down the right later in the first half, but was overrun in central defence and couldn't cope with Madrid's movement.
Threw himself to the ground to make a decisive intervention as Ozil looked to pounce on a Cristiano cross, but was given a torrid time as Madrid moved the ball around menacingly and made it impossible for the locals' defence.
Showed some silky skills at times but struggled against a Madrid side who completely dominated in midfield. Forced Casillas into one fine save with a low drive but offered little else and could have done more defensively.
Disappointing down the left-hand side and failed to provide an outlet as Cejudo did on the opposite flank. Worked hard but nothing really went for him on the night and he was replaced in the end.
Gave it everything as Osasuna tried to stay with their illustrious rivals early on, but spent more time defending than attacking and couldn't provide much inspiration up front for the home side.
Worked extremely hard in midfield but was pushed back deep and operated almost as an extra defender for much of the night. Little of note going forward but was quick to move the ball when Osasuna did have it. Squared up to Ramos late in the first half.
Didn't really do much at all in the first period as Osasuna struggled apart from some moments from Cejudo, but made his mark at the beginning of the second half as he found space at the far post to head home and give his side some faint hope.
Lively in the first half and gave Madrid some problems early on. Slid a low shot across the face of goal after getting beyond Marcelo, then won the ball off Ronaldo and sent a long pass forward which forced Casillas to clear with his head. Faded and was eventually replaced.
Punched clear a dangerous free kick into the area after 23 minutes, also made a headed clearance on the edge of his box after that. Made a fine save low to his left to keep out a Nekounam drive in the second half.
Looked tidy defensively on the whole but was beaten by his opposite No. 17 for the Osasuna goal, as Nino jumped higher to head the home side back into the match. Didn't offer much going forward.
Harshly booked in the first half, he will now miss the game against Valencia. Also squared up to Raul Garcia just before the interval. Defensively he looked solid, with good marking and distribution.
Making his first league start since early October, he got forward late in the first half but saw his volley blocked. Looked solid at the back and showed little signs of fatigue despite his lack of games lately.
Attacked with gusto down the left-hand side and linked up well with Ronaldo, but let Cejudo get beyond him in the first half as Osasuna threatened. A positive presence overall and was always dangerous when Madrid broke forward.
Made a rare start in midfield and put in a real shift alongside Xabi Alonso. Set up a quick counterattack with a strong tackle on Cejudo which culminated with a dipping Cristiano drive which went just over and made a series of important interventions.
A mixture of toil and technique in the centre of the park as he sprayed the ball around and set Madrid on their way as the visitors looked to do damage on the break. Bagged a deserved assist as he set Higuain on his way for Madrid's third of the evening.
Linked up well with his team-mates as Madrid dominated and moved the ball quickly on the counterattack, but he didn't really threaten with his shooting and was the least impressive of Real's superb front four.
Lost the ball in midfield early in first half as he was struggling to make an impact, but chipped Fernandez for a fine finish to make it 3-0 to score his 100th Real Madrid goal, then netted again with a fine header for 5-1. Also reached 20 goals for La Liga this term.
Grabbed two brilliant assists with his left foot as he set up Benzema and Higuain, but also scored two of his own, one with a stunning 40-yard drive and another with a deflected free kick. He also came close on a couple more occasions. Near his brilliant best.
Started on the right as Higuain began in the central striker's role, but scored the key first goal with a wonderful volleyed finish reminscent of Marco van Basten at his best. Few other scoring opportunities, but worked hard, was generous in possession and his opener was vital.
- 13 Asier Riesgo
Came on for the last 10 minutes for the tiring Roversio but looked no better than his team-mate had done.
- 5 Lolo
- 18 Annunziata

Osasuna looked brighter when he came on at the break and his presence gave Nino space to pull away at the back post to score the hosts' only goal. Had a decent effort later in the half and should have started the game.
A miserable night as he came on as a substitute, did very little in his 25-minuto cameo and then got himself sent off.
- 13 Adán
Came on with 12 minutes left and looked lively, but should have made it 6-1 after he was set up by Ronaldo.
Replaced Benzema with six minutes left.
- 8 Kaká
Á. di María
Returned from injury as he came on for the last 10 minutes, but there was little time for him to make an impact.
