Rangdajied United FC have registered their first win in three matches, beating Mumbai Tigers 3-1 at the Bangalore football stadium, on Saturday.
The Tigers only had N.P. Pradeep's second minute goal to be happy about, until the 44th minute, which was when Banshari Sunn brought Rangdajied back in the game with the equaliser after heading in a corner taken by Babatunde Ayomide.
Rangdajied had a lot more chances before scoring the leveller, especially through their Korean striker Ho Jun Shin and Ayomide, besides Dapbor Bareh hitting the upright, while rival keeper Arup Debnath kept his side's lead intact.
Abocha Singh scored in the 53rd minute from his second attempt after the Mumbai Tigers custodian was able to keep out his initial shot on target.
The Tigers' efforts to pull back in the game didn't fructify as instead Shin, who was played by Bhola Prasad, scored the third goal for his side. Debnath was beaten by the curling shot from about 25 yards out in the 81st minute.
