Bangalore based KGF Academy and Samaleshwari FC played out a 1-1 draw between themselves, as three of their group rivals registered wins.

Pune side DSK Shivajians FC Pvt. Ltd. beat Rangdajied United FC 3-2, Sada Sanjenbam and Floyd Dharmai were the scorers for Kenkre FC's 2-1 win over George Telegraph SC, and Langsning FC thrashed Kohima Komets by a 7-0 margin.
