East Bengal have the opportunity to make it into the round of 16 of the AFC Cup should they defeat their rivals from Singapore at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata.
The Red and Gold, with seven points from three matches - the same as Sai Gon Xuan Thanh FC whom East Bengal will host later this month - are on top of the Group H table, and a win on Tuesday could confirm a pre-quarterfinals berth to Trevor Morgan's side.
Morgan, having had his share of experience in the S-League, will be looking to utilise his knowledge of the opponent's game, especially after beating them 4-2 in the away fixture.

Will the Tampines have something to celebrate?
The defending S-League champions, on the other side, are on the brink of elimination as Nenad Barcina's team have only salvaged a point from their three matches.
The Stags might use 42-year-old Aleksandar Duric as an alternate option in attack, expecting the ex-Singapore international's height to cause some trouble to the Kolkata outfit's defense.
Barcina would look to continue with Shahdan Sulaiman in the attacking role although the visitors are known to use the flanks more often than the center route, while continuing to rely on Sead Hadzibulic and former LionsXII striker Khairul Amri for goals.| TEAM NEWS |
East Bengal: Abhijit Mondal will continue to be the first choice goalkeeper as Gurpreet Singh Sandhu has been left out of the 18-man squad. Defender Arnab Mondal is injured.
Tampines Rovers: Skipper Fahrudin Mustafic is set to make his return for the tie after serving his suspension from the return leg in Singapore. Ismadi Mukhtar will however miss the match due to the midfielder being involved in a road accident.
