Barcelona director of football Andoni Zubizarreta claims Cristian Tello has rejected the chance to leave the club in order to fight for his place in the first team.

"Tello has a release clause of €10 million and he had offers. He has said he wants to stay, though," Zubizarreta was quoted as saying by Marca.
