Sushant Kaw: Madrid to win the leg 2-0, but lose on aggregate.

Rishabh Ghai: Technically speaking its too tought for the white army. However, I will go for a 3-0 Madrid win.

Madrid to go through for me.

Sushant Kaw: Ensure that BVB don't see much of the ball and the service to Lewandowski is restricted. Also when he has the ball, the Madrid defenders need to get those tackles in and win the ball back quickly.

Rishabh Ghai: A player like Lewandowski can pull a rabbit out of the hat. However, Madrid should keep Dortmund's flanks at bay. When they do this they isolate him in the centre which leaves him craving for the ball. Moreover a zonal defending rather than a man marking would do well in normal play.

Rahul Bali: While everyone in the world went gaga over Lewandowski's goal, Mourinho rightly pointed that his defenders didn't make a single challenge on the Polish striker. Expect the los blancos to be a lot more physical and challenges will fly in from the start.

BIG Question: WHAT SHOULD BE Madrid's strategy in dealing with Robert Lewandowski?

23:36 IST

30/04/13

Rishabh Ghai: They were quite close in the group stages but Madrid found a way to draw it. However,it will be diffcult but not impossible for the attack minded Dortmund side. Its a tough one to call but I will fancy Madrid to continue their recent run.

Sushant Kaw: The fact that Madrid haven't been defeated at Bernabeu for the last two years doesn't really matter much, because they need to make sure they not only win but win by 3 or more. Even if Dortmund were to lose 1-0,2-0 or draw 1-1 and not break that record they would still win find themselves in the final. They will ofcourse look to win the game, but the scoreline they come to the Berbabeu with may make them sit back at times and might end up not breaking that string of results.

Madrid haven't been defeated at Bernabeu for over 2 years in the Champions League. Do you think Dortmund have a chance to break that string of results for Madrid by pulling off a win tonight?

Rahul Bali: I think Mourinho has opted for Modric's ball playing skills over Khedira. He wants to utilize his playmaking skills. But whether that shall reap rewards is something we will see in the opening 15-20 minutes. Khedira wasn't at his best and often gave the ball away in the first leg. Modric wasn't good either but he was played in an attacking role. Tonight he shall sit deep alongside Xabi Alonso.

Sushant Kaw: It's a mistake.Modric started in the first leg and was not really a success. It's not wise to bench Khedira.

30/04/13

Rishabh Ghai: It's a surprise but if you look at it tactically Mourinho wants Modric to give them more of an attacking option from the middle. His long range efforts and his vision for a precise ball has seen him being chosen over Khedira. If Madrid do score early and get the two goals I am sure Modric will be taken off and replaced by either Pepe or Khedira

No Khedira in the team: Your thoughts?

Rahul Bali: Madrid need to score early in order to put the opposition under pressure. However an early goal for Dortmund shall probably kill any hopes of a comeback the los blancos have.

Sushant Kaw: If Madrid score we will have a game on our hands. A Dortmund goal would probably just kill the game off, barring a miracle.

Rishabh Ghai: An early Dortmund goal kills the tie as Madrid, then will have to score 4 to stay to take the game to ET and 5 to win. However,if Madrid scores and early goal then its game on as it will put immediate pressure on the Dortmund side. They would then like to sit back and open the ways for Madrid to score the remaining 2 they will need.
