The year 2017 was filled with success for Manchester United star Jesse Lingard both on and off the field.
As well as putting pen to paper on a new lucrative four-year contract with the Red Devils, Lingard helped the club win the EFL Cup and Europa League, scoring a crucial goal in the final of the former. The midfielder featured five times for England during the year, helping the Three Lions qualify for this summer's World Cup in Russia.
In December he celebrated his 25th birthday and with him for that occasion was Instagram model Jena Frumes, his reported new girlfriend.

WHO IS JENA FRUMES?
According to the Sun, Frumes hails from Union Beach, which is a borough of Monmouth County with a population of just over 6,000 people in New Jersey.
A graduate of North Carolina Central University - she studied theatre and dance - Frumes currently lives in Los Angeles, California, where she is pursuing a career in modelling and entertainment.
Just 24, her big break came when she appeared on MTV's Wild 'N Out programme, an improvisational comedy show presented by rapper and actor Nick Cannon.
She also starred in a 2016 short film called Mango and Guava, where she portrayed the lead character's love interest.
Since then, her Instagram following has swelled to a massive 2.7 million and she has appeared in a music video for Jeremih's 2017 song 'I Think of You'.

The Sun reports that Lingard first met Frumes in the United States in 2016 and that they stayed in touch during 2017 before beginning to date later in the year.
While Lingard has not shared any photos on his social media channels of him with Frumes, she has posted images and appears to have flown to the United Kingdom to help him celebrate his 25th birthday in December.
Indeed, her Instagram stories was packed full of happy birthday messages for the United man and she posed with him as he cut his cake.
Frumes is no stranger to dating sports stars, having dated Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown, though that romance did not end well.
Despite that, she remarked to TMZ in May that she would "never say never" to the notion of dating another athlete and her Lingard liaison shows that she wasn't lying.
DOES JENA FRUMES ATTEND MAN UTD GAMES?
We don't know if Frumes has gone to any Man United games and she hasn't been pictured at Old Trafford.
However, she has posed for photos wearing a Red Devils shirt, suggesting that she may be a fan of the Premier League giants.
It is possible that Frumes could have attended games when the club was in the US on tour ahead of the 2017-18 season, but it remains unclear whether she did or not.
WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD?
The future of Lingard and Frumes is anybody's guess as the pair have remained quiet regarding their relationship.
However, after Christmas, the Sun on Sunday reported allegations that Lingard had been unfaithful to Frumes, so there may be no future for the couple.
On the same day of the reports, Frumes posted a photo on her Instagram page with the caption: "In the waves of change we find our true direction". She added, on New Year's Eve: "If it ain't making me money, making me happy, or making me better I ain't making time for it in 2018."
However, it is unclear what exactly the posts are in reference to or if they are aimed at anyone in particular.
