The striker has moved to the Spanish giants, and it's now up to you to take him and Real to European glory!

Alex Hunter continues his journey to superstardom by joining Real Madrid in FIFA 19!

The striker, who started his rise in the Premier League, won the MLS Cup before returning to Europe, leading his club to a domestic league and cup double.

Now, with the Champions League licence featured in FIFA for the first time, Hunter has joined Real to seek European glory!

Of course, the forward is thrilled to be heading to Santiago Bernabeu!

“It's everything I’ve ever wanted, simple as that.” said Hunter.

“To join Real Madrid, the biggest club in the world, is what every kid like me dreams about. And on top of it all, I’m just buzzing to finally get my chance to play in the biggest club competition in the world, the UEFA Champions League.”

The move was announced on EA Sports' FIFA Twitter account, and also marked the launch of Real's red third kit.

Real's new shirt is inspired by efforts to rid the ocean of marine plastic, and is made by Parley Ocean Plastic.

Parley Ocean Plastic's founder said: "Real Madrid has the power to amplify our message, to share it with their massive global following and to bring it to life with their own decisions and actions."

The colours of Real's new shirt represent the different shades of coral, marking the colours of the polluted seas.

Players will be able to utilise Real's new kit in the upcoming release of FIFA 19, and will get their first glimpse of the new strip when they face Roma on Tuesday. Real then take on rivals Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup prior to their opening Liga encounter, against Getafe.

Alongside a video of Hunter showing off his skills, a number of first-team players, including Dani Carvajal and Raphael Varane, welcomed their newest signing.

It's now up to you to take Hunter and Real to victory!
