The German left three players embarrassed before rolling the ball into an empty net to save his side from a disappointing result
Arsenal completed a remarkable comeback victory over Ludogorets on Tuesday – and the man who must take much of the credit for the three points was Mesut Ozil.
The Germany international scored a goal for the ages in the closing stages of the game to keep Arsene Wenger’s side locked together on 10 points with Paris Saint-Germain at the top of Group A.
After breaking the offside trap, the attacker brilliantly lifted the ball over the goalkeeper before leaving two defenders flailing before rolling the ball into the empty net.
It is a strike that will go down in Arsenal history as one of their finest of recent times, and you can watch it above.
