Gareth Bale - Tottenham Hospur
Games - 26
Goals - 16
Totel Football points average - 8.40
The Wales international continued his goal-scoring form for Chris Coleman's side over the international break, although the first World Cup qualifier didn't go to plan for the Tottenham man.
On Friday the 23-year-old was substituted due to feeling unwell at half time against Scotland and was replaced by highly-rated Crystal Palace midfielder Jonathan Williams. Wales went on to win the match 2-1 thanks to goals from Hal Robson-Kanu and Aaron Ramsey.
Bale fared better in Tuesday's match against Croatia though, even as Coleman's side slipped to a 2-1 defeat.
The Spurs man scored his fifth goal in his last six international matches as he dispatched first half penalty to give his side the lead and he could be a valuable addition to any Totel Football team this weekend as Andre Villas-Boas' side face Swansea. His average of 8.40 points per game make him the highest rated midfielder this season.
Wayne Rooney - Manchester United
Games - 21
Goals - 11
Totel Football points average - 6.90
Friday's game against San Marino was always billed as somewhat of a warm up for the England side and they didn't disappoint, with Rooney playing an important role in the build up to several of the goals as well as finding the net himself in the second half.
Much of the media's attention was focused on the 27-year-old ahead of Tuesday's game too and despite a disappointing draw in Macedonia for Roy Hodgson's side, few could fault the performance of Rooney, particularly during the first half.
The Manchester United forward powered his side in front, heading home from a corner after just sixth minutes. Shortly before that goal, Rooney hit the post with a delightful lob over goalkeeper Mladen Bozovic.
Manchester United face struggling Sunderland this weekend and with 11 goals and nine assists to his name this season, Rooney will be a popular selection for many Totel Football players.
Eden Hazard - Chelsea
Games - 27
Goals - 8
Totel Football points average - 7.0
At just 22 years old, Eden Hazard has made quite an impact in his first season in the Premier League and he had another impressive week for the Belgium national side too.
Goals home and away against Macedonia ensured Marc Wilmots' side will go into the next set of qualifying matches top of Group A, just ahead of Croatia on goal difference. Chelsea fans, and followers of the Premier League in general, will not be surprised to see Hazard deliver match winning performances given how important he has been for Rafael Benitez's side.
The Chelsea midfielder has now found the net in four of his last five matches for club and country and Hazard is fourth in the assists table with eight, two behind Blues team-mate Juan Mata. His last Premier League performance earned him 13 Totel Football points and another double-figure score would be welcomed by those who include him in their team for Chelsea's game against Southampton.
