The 23-year-old has impressed new manager Stuart Taylor and his management team after featuring for the club in a number of pre-season friendlies. Bossekota moves to the newly promoted Blues after a spell in Scotland with SPL side Motherwell.
His previous clubs in Belgium include RAEC Mons, KVK Tienen and Ourd-Heverlee Leuven. Limerick boss Taylor believes the powerful player will be a very useful addition to his squad for the 2013 Airtricity League season.
"He's a very forward thinking player, with a good touch, very athletic and I know he'll bring a lot to the team. He can play wide or through the middle, is a very exciting player and we look forward to seeing him in action come the league kick off in March," Taylor told the club's official website.
The striker becomes Taylor's sixth signing since taking over the managerial post in January. Scottish defender Jonathan Tiffoney moved from Alloa Athletic last week while Craig Curran, Stephen Folan, Danny Galbraith and Robbie Williams have all arrived at the club for their return to the top-flight.
Limerick face Cork City at Thomond Park in their opening league fixture on Sunday March 10.
