The Airtricity Premier Division runners up have bolstered their squad with three new signings, as well wrapping up deals with several current squad members
The Drogs have confirmed that they have secured the signatures of UCD pair Paul O'Conor and Graham Rusk as well as that of Shelbourne midfielder David Cassidy.
In addition, the Premier Division runners-up have also confirmed that Alan McNally and Alan Byrne have opted to extend their contract with the club.
Speaking to the club's official website, Drogheda manager Mick Cooke said that he was 'very pleased' to have secured a number of new players.
He said: "I’m very pleased that we’ve been able to secure so many good players ahead of the Christmas break. All these players will be having the usual medical tests next week and then we’ll have a month off before starting straight into training on January 5.
"I think some of the players I’ve had my eye on have been overshadowed by others in their previous clubs and I believe that they will really come into their own in Drogheda and play a major part in our plans for next season," added Cooke.
