Shamrock Rovers director of football Brian Laws appointed Scunthorpe United manager
The Englishman was placed at the helm of the deposed Airtricity Premier Division champions on a short-term basis following the departure of Stephen Kenny
Brian Laws, Shamrock Rovers' director of football, has been appointed as new manager of Scunthorpe United following the sacking of Alan Knill.Laws is back at Glanford Park for his third spell as manager of the League One side after leaving Rovers following a short-term stint in Tallaght.
The 51-year-old was named director of football at Rovers following the sacking of Stephen Kenny in September.
