The 32-year-old striker made it three goals to nil before half time when his strike complemented Juninho's opening double, but Toronto scored through Terry Dunfield to make 3-1 the half time score.
Toronto scored again on 86 minutes when Luis Silva put the ball in the back of the net before Keane struck in the dying moments of the game to ensure a 4-2 victory for his side.
Speaking to LAGalaxy.com after the game, Keane said: “I think that the whole team has been doing well. It’s not just down to individuals.
"Myself and [Juninho] have been scoring goals lately, which is always nice for the team, but I think as a team, we’ve been quite solid
“We look like a proper team, we’re doing things together, we’re attacking together, which is very, very important so we need to keep that going,” concluded the striker.
