TEAM NEWS: Kagawa starts for Manchester United as Joe Cole makes West Ham debut

Shinji Kagawa starts for Manchester United while Joe Cole makes his first appearance for West Ham since joining from Liverpool as the two sides clash in the FA Cup third round at Upton Park.

As expected Sir Alex Ferguson has made several changes for the game against the Hammers with Chris Smalling, Nemanja Vidic, Alexander Buttner, Paul Scholes and Danny Welbeck all coming in.

The hosts, meanwhile, put Joe Cole straight into the side while Kevin Nolan and Alou Diarra also return and Ricardo Vaz Te and Carlton Cole continue up front.
