Egypt’s Al Ahly sign Ivorian Oussou Konan Anicet

The former Africa Sports striker has joined the six-time Caf Champions League winners from another Egyptian club ahead of the next season

Ivorian striker Oussou Konan Anicet on Wednesday completed a move to Egyptian Premier League champions Al Ahly from Faiyum-based side Misr El Makasa, where the 23-year-old spent the last two seasons, scoring nine goals in 19 games.
The Red Devils said the Ivorian had signed a three-year deal for around €250,000.
Konan began his career with Cote d’Ivoire’s current champions Africa Sport in 2006 before joining Esperance Tunis two years later, from where he was subsequently loaned to Stade Tunisien and AS Marsa.
The fast attacker is yet to receive an invitation to the Ivorian senior national team, but has been a member of the Under-23 outfit.
