The Saint Etienne boss believes that he could learn a lot from Blancos trainer Jose Mourinho, and is hoping that he will have the chance to travel to the Spanish capital soon
The Frenchman visited Liverpool last season to work with Kenny Dalglish, but, in his eyes, nothing would compare to passing some time with the former Inter boss.
"Last year, I went to Liverpool as part of my DEPF and I spoke a lot with Steve Clarke, Kenny Daglish's assistant, who was also one of Mourinho's at Chelsea," he told France Football.
"This season, I dream of spending three days watching Mourinho at Madrid and talking with him. This would be valuable for me. You can improve daily.
"I really exchanged with other coaches. Didier [Deschamps], Alain [Perrin], Gerard [Gili]."
