Toulouse goalkeeper Ali Ahamada says he had anticipated scoring his shock leveller in the 2-2 draw with Rennes, after salvaging a 94th-minute point for his side.
The 21-year-old looked set to be on the losing side, with Toulouse 2-1 down and the clock ticking down deep into injury-time, before his remarkable intervention.
"It was weird at first, but I really had the image in my mind that I would score, when I was jumping with the rest of my team-mates for the ball," he told Beln Sport.
"Above all, I'm happy for my team, who completed an amazing turnaround. We deserved a result, after the work we dedicated to our attacks."
Coach Alain Casanova, who turned out as a keeper for les Pitchouns during his playing days, also lauded Ahamada's unexpected contribution.
"I've told him he is far from my record. I scored three, and they were not with the head but volleys," joked Casanova after the game.
"He is high on confidence now and that shows we were right to place our trust in him."
