Die Roten have quashed rumours they were bidding to sign the veteran Bianconeri midfielder, after a stunning season of excellent performances for club and country
The 33-year-old has rejuvenated his career after starring in Antonio Conte's unbeaten Bianconeri side last season, and also led Italy to the final of Euro 2012 this summer.
However, the Bavarian giants have denied they made any attempts to lure the former Milan man to the Allianz Arena, as has been reported in various Italian media outlets.
"Bayern have neither contacted the player and his advisers, nor made an offer to Juventus," a statement from CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge read on the club's official website.
Pirlo played in 37 Serie A games for Juventus last season, scoring three goals. He joined the Bianconeri on a free transfer last summer after a decade of service at AC Milan.
