Anderlecht forward Matias Suarez has admitted that he feels ready to move to a bigger club, and revealed that Bayern Munich are the main candidates at present to acquire his services.
The Argentine has developed into one of the stars of the Belgian Pro League since joining Anderlecht from Belgrano in the summer of 2008, and his good performances have not gone unnoticed at the German powerhouse. And he has disclosed that he has given his representative the thumbs up to negotiate a switch to the Allianz Arena.
"Bayern Munich are the most concrete team for now. My agents are dealing with it at the moment. They asked me whether I was interested, and I have obviously given them the green light. I'm open to a move to Germany," Suarez said to Cadena 3.
"Anderlecht want me to stay until after the Champions League qualifiers, but I want to move on. I want to move to a bigger club in a better league."
Bayern have yet to table an official offer for the 24-year-old attacker, who has a contract with Anderlecht until the summer of 2013.
