The broadcasting company was initially hoping to schedule the game for 12:00CET, but Roures had admitted that a lunch kick-off now seems unlikely.
"I think that Real Madrid-Barcelona at 16:00CET would be perfect," Roures said in an interview with RAC1.
"The viewing figures for Barcelona-Getafe on Sunday afternoon were bigger than those for Real Madrid-Sevilla on Saturday evening.
"We tried to get the Clasico to kick off at 12:00CET, but that turns out to be a complicated matter."
The Primera Division match between Madrid and Barcelona will be the sixth Clasico of the season.
