According to his representative, the Turkey international is keen on a move away from La Liga in the summer, and will join one of five interested clubs in EuropeAtletico Madrid midfielder Arda Turan wants to leave the club at the end of the current season, his agent has claimed.
The Turkey international has been a pivotal part of Diego Simeone's impressive side in the last two seasons, but Ahmet Bulut has now revealed his client is keen on a move abroad when the current campaign draws to a close.
Bulut, who also represents Atletico midfielder Belozoglu Emre, told Turkish television channel TRT: "I have wanted to see him play for another team in another league and Arda also wants to play for another club, to live a different experience. We are working now to make it happen.
"Atletico know what our intention is. If all goes well, Arda will leave the Madrid club at the end of this season."
Bulut was coy on his client's possible destination, but claimed there are only a handful of clubs who could afford to sign the 25-year-old.
"There are only five teams in Europe who can bear the cost of the transfer of Arda and he will leave for one those five clubs," he added.
Turan, who has made 16 appearances this season, joined Atletico from Galatasaray in 2011.
