The 2010 Champions League winners have purchased the remaining 50 per cent of the midfielder's economical rights after his league debut and see him as an exciting prospect
The 18-year-old recently made his Serie A debut in the 2-0 win over Pescara and is seen as one of the Nerazzurri's biggest talents.
Therefore, they have now purchased the other half of the midfielder's economical rights.
"The co-ownership deal regarding midfielder Marco Benassi was consensually resolved and will see the Nerazzurri become the outright owners of his contract," a statement on the club's website reads.
"Inter wish to thank Modena Football Club for the cooperation they showed during the negotiations."
Benassi is a product of the Modena youth academy, but made the move to Inter in January 2011.
