The 27-year-old has been a bit-part player at Camp Nou this season, making only 11 Primera Division starts.
Sport claims that he has grown unhappy at the lack of playing time and his current €3 million-a-year salary at the club.
Bayern are alleged to have already contacted Barca to ask about Adriano's availability, while Juventus have not yet engaged in any sort of exploratory talks.
The Brazil international, who joined Barca from Sevilla in 2010, has two years left on his contract with the Catalan club.
