Official: PSV announce summer signing of Copenhagen defender Mathias Jorgensen
The Eredivisie outfit had long been linked with the Denmark international, and have now completed the signing of the centre-back, who will join the club in the summer

PSV have confirmed the signing of Copenhagen defender Mathias Jorgensen on a free transfer on their official website.
The centre-back had an expiring contract at the Danish outfit, and will leave the club on the Bosman ruling at the end of the season, signing a deal until the summer of 2016 with his new club.
The Eredivisie table-toppers had long been linked with Jorgensen, but a move last summer fell through due to Copenhagen's hefty asking price.
Jorgensen had also attracted the interest of Bundesliga sides such as Bayer Leverkusen and Hoffenheim, but has opted to continue his career at PSV instead.
The 21-year-old joined Copenhagen from B93 at the age of 17 and had developed into a key player at FCK since making his official first team debut in September 2007.
The defender has missed the majority of the 2011-12 campaign so far due to a serious knee injury.
