FC Twente all but crashed out of the title race on Saturday. Alex Schalk put the visitors ahead in the 56th minute before Luuk de Jong drew the sides level minutes later. The Dutchman then netted his second to put the hosts in the lead, only to see Nourdin Boukhari snatch a point three minutes into injury time. |

| FC Groningen were unable to end their poor run of form against Roda, with the hosts now winless in four. Rob Wielaert bagged the decisive goal in the 35th minute, heading home from close range. Groningen never looked like responding and now find themselves 13th in the table. |

Ajax maintained their title charge with a 10th successive win on Sunday, wrapping up the points before half time. Derk Boerrigter put the hosts ahead in the second minute, with Christian Eriksen netting the decisive second 37 minutes in. Boerrigter bagged his second seven minutes later, before Michael de Leeuw pulled one back in the last minute of the first half. Ajax now sit six points clear at the top of the table and are on course to claim their 31st league title. |

| Vitesse maintained their quest for European football with a narrow victory over ADO Den Haag. A resilient ADO looked likely to snatch a point form the Arnhem side, but Renato Ibarra struck in the 60th minute to solidify his side's place in seventh spot. |

| A lively encounter saw Utrecht grab the spoils, with the visitors squandering a two-goal advantage. Barry Maguire and Michael Uchebo put the Venlo side ahead within 20 minutes only to see Davy Bulthuis and Frank Demouge level matters before the interval. The Domstedelingen pulled clear after the break, with Demouge and Alexander Gerndt wrapping up the points. |

| RKC continued their strong campaign with a draw away to Heracles. Lerin Duarte put the hosts ahead minutes before half time, but Jeff Stans struck in the 52nd minute to salvage a point for the visitors. RKC stay in eight spot, maintaining their dream of European football. |
