  • Poor result for the Boys in Green, who now definitely must win in Vienna on Tuesday. Germany ran out 3-0 winners against Austria, and are definitely in the driving seat in Group C.

  • Few positive signs from Ireland's first-half performance, but Sweden definitely were brought to life after Keane put the Boys in Green ahead. Some slick passing moves causing trouble for Ireland's midfield, although the defensive line is holding up well for the most part.
