Did not have much to do, but, when brought into action he was tidy for the most part.
A fairly quiet game as Hannover did not exactly cause him too many problems.
A composed display from the Austrian, who got forward often since there was not much defensively to do.
Distribution out from the back was excellent but not really tested defensively. Got his first goal of the season in the second half with a fine header.
It was another typically neat display from the Bayern captain. Got forward well and linked up nicely with Muller, while he also provided the assist for Kroos' goal.
Arguably the best on the field. His goal was majestic, while he caused all sorts of problems for Hannover. Chipped in with two assists in the second half. A world-class showing all round.
Full of grit and graft. Had a hand in Bayern's opener and dominated the midfield alongside Martinez.
The mega-money summer signing finally opened his account for his new club after just three minutes. Went on to have arguably his best game in Bayern's colours.
He headed into this match nursing a bruised rib, but you wouldn't have noticed it. Played the full 90 minutes and was a menace throughout. Got himself on the scoreboard with a fine finish before the break.
A superb match from the Germany international. He was industrious, creative and simply flawless. Pitched in with two assists and deserved a goal himself.
Perhaps the only attacker who did not perform at his best. Often caught offside, he missed a guilt-edged header in the second half and was soon replaced by Gomez.
Was Hannover's best player and that says it all. Made no less than nine saves to prevent the score line from becoming an embarrassment.
Returned to the side and was back to his industrious best. Contained Ribery fairly well at times, but in the second half really allowed him too much room. Tried in vain to push forward on occasion.
Did not fare much better than Eggimann. Was left ragged at times by the pace of the home side’s attackers.
Along with Haggui, he really struggled to contain the Bayern attack and
Managed to get forward and swing in a few crosses but was for the best part occupied in his own half.
For being Hannover’s main creative force going forward, he just did not get on the ball enough. Pitched in defensively however and was still his side's best on-field player.
His first half long-range attempt came close but, apart from that, he struggled to impact proceedings from the centre of the park.
The German really struggled to get to grips with the game in a midfield dominated by the hosts.
Was sacrificed before the break and with good reason. Was completely overhauled by Bayern in the middle of the park.
His imposing figure did cause a problem for Bayern’s back two. But not enough.
Not his best outing and after picking up a booking, the clearly frustrated Sobiech was withdrawn at half-time.
Came on to sure things up in the second half.
Was eager to mark his return and managed to do so after just minutes of coming on the field. Was a beast up front; could have had two and on this form may have just worked his way back into the first team.
Was keen to make his mark but did not really affect the game in the 15 minutes he played.
