Having played a bruising clash against Bosnia & Herzegovina just two days ago, Mexico's Jose Manuel de la Torre is yet to give a clear indication over whether he intends to keep the bulk of the side which ran out 2-1 winners, or make changes for Sunday's clash. One player who will be keen to feature is Javier Hernandez, who came off the bench to make a decisive contribution against the European side.

Brazil coach Mano Menezes is expected to make several changes to the team which ran out 4-1 winner over the USA midweek, but he has promised to keep the bulk of the side intact. In training sessions prior to the clash in Dallas, Mano swapped Jefferson with Santos youngster Rafael in goal and also alternated Lucas Moura with Neymar; meaning the Selecao will line up either in a 4-2-2-2 or 4-3-3 formation, depending on which youngster gets the nod.

  DID YOU KNOW?
  • Mexico have so far enjoyed their tour of the United States, following up a 2-0 victory over Wales with Thursday's 2-1 triumph over Bosnia & Herzgovina.
  • Their last outing against South American opposition ended in disappointment, however, as Colombia won 2-0 in Jose Pekerman's first game as coach.
  • Current Tricolor head Jose Manuel de la Torre has been in charge since 2002 and, including two stints for Javier Aguirre, became the eighth trainer in 10 years when he assumed command.

  • Brazil enjoy a positive record against their North American opponents. Looking back at the history books, the Selecao have won 18 out of 29 meetings, losing just six times.
  • The last clash in October 2011 also ended in victory for Brazil, who were fired by goals from Marcelo and Ronaldinho (right) to win 2-1.
  • Mano Menezes' team are enjoying an enviable winning streak. The side have won all of their last nine encounters, starting with 2011's Superclasico de las Americas win over Argentina.
