The Marseille attacker took out Strasbourg's keeper before scoring the clincher in a 2-0 win on Tuesday

Dimitri Payet performed a stepover so deadly on Tuesday that not only did it result in a goal, it also knocked the opposing goalkeeper out of the game!

The Marseille man scored the 87th-minute clincher in his side's 2-0 win over Strasbourg at the Stade Velodrome in Ligue 1 action.

Sent through by team-mate Clinton N'Jie, Payet twisted Alexandre Oukidja into the ground before rounding the Strasbourg goalkeeper and slotting into an empty net.

And that would be the last involvement of the match for Oukidja, who had to be immediately subbed out with a knee injury.

Oukidja will undergo an MRI on Wednesday. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery for the Strasbourg man who was on the wrong end of some fantastic skill by the Marseille star.
