U.S. makes several roster changes ahead of Panama match

The U.S. national team has added Club Tijuana midfielder Paul Arriola to its roster ahead of Tuesday's World Cup qualifier in Panama, and sent John Brooks, Michael Orozco, Sebastian Lletget and Jordan Morris back to their respective clubs.

Lletget opened the scoring in Friday night's 6-0 win over Honduras, but had to depart the game in the 18th minute with a left foot injury after taking a heavy challenge. He will be evaluated further in Los Angeles.

Brooks was also removed from Friday's game after being named in the starting XI. The center back departed in the 70th minute while suffering the effects of a sinus infection.
