Leon Balogun is drumming support for Victor Moses who has been shortlisted for the 2017 BBC African Player of the Year award.

Moses along with Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah, Naby Keita and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have been nominated for the prize.

The defender has taken to the social media to back his teammate for the award while also urging the fans to do the same.

“Nigeria, it’s time to vote. This award can only go to our brother and outstanding baller Victor Moses,” Balogun tweeted.

“No excuses! Make sure he gets what he deserves - African Footballer of the Year 2017 must be our very own.”
