The former Ghana Under-20 star wrapped up a good season with a title in the Portuguese Cup. Addy, who enjoyed an active season which saw his club grabbing the 9th position in the league, can also boast of silverware. The 23-year-old played a huge role to help his team defeat Benfica 2-1on Sunday to win the Portuguese Cup which gives them a ticket to take part in next season’s Europa League.

SAMUEL AFUM - YOUNG BOYS

The 22-year-old got his fourth goal in 14 appearances in the Swiss top flight for Young Boys over the weekend. The former Hearts of Oak player opened the scoring in the 6th minute against FC Zurich but his side ended up losing 2-4.



NASIRU MOHAMMED - HACKEN

The attacker who will soon turn 19 proved why he deserved a starting berth in the FC Hacken team. He fetched the third goal in the 85th minute when Hacken defeated Syrianska 3-0 in the Swedish league over the weekend.


 
 ASAMOAH GYAN - AL AIN

The Ghana captain wrapped up the 2012-2013 UAE Pro League with a goal against Al Nasr. He converted an 89th minute penalty to end the season with a record 31 goals in the league.
