Mohammed continues to inspire Amidaus Professionals in their domestic campaign this season.  Apart from his heroics in the league, the on-loan Kotoko midfielder who has been converted into an attacker at the league debutants stole the show again last Saturday in the MTN FA Cup. The 25-year-old grabbed a brace as Amidaus defeated Aduana Stars 2-1 to make it to the semi-finals of the cup competition.
Congratulations to Mohammed, Goal.com's 27th Ghana Player of the Week winner!

Honourable Mention
MICHAEL HELEGBE -  ASANTE KOTKO

The former Liberty Professionals player gave Kotoko all they needed to ensure their progress to the last four of the MTN FA Cup. After regulation time, Kotoko and Sekondi Eleven Wise were locked at 1-1 with Helegbe scoring the goal for the Porcupine Warriors. Few minutes into extra time, the former Ghana Under-23 captain scored again to hand Kotoko their semi-finals ticket.

MAHATMA OTOO - ACCRA HEARTS OF OAK

Otoo’s brilliance in the second round has revived Hearts of Oak’s dwindling campaign in the Ghanaian league. Last mid-week, he netted twice as the Phobians brushed aside Liberty Professionals 3-1 in the Ghana Premier League. He is now leading the top scorers’ chart with 13 goals.
