German second-tier soccer club FC St. Pauli will continue their partnership with Mini for the upcoming season.

The Hamburg-based side will continue with the BMW subsidiary for the 2014/15 campaign in a deal which is set to cost €350,000 (US$477,000), according to Sponsors.de.

Mini, a second-tier sponsor of FC St. Pauli, will continue utilising TV-visible branding at the club’s Millerntor-Stadion.

Additionally, BMW will supply FC St. Pauli’s club officials with its Mini brand of vehicles.

Michael Meeske, the commercial director of FC St. Pauli, said: “In the last few years, a strong partnership has grown with great confidence on both sides. The renewed contract is a sign of continuity, loyalty and reliability. We are pleased to have a strong partner in Mini at our side.”

Christian Oh, head of Mini in Germany, added: “We are looking forward to another exciting season full of passion and emotion. Both partners embody a passionate life and therefore fit so perfectly together.”

St Pauli’s other second-tier sponsors include Hummel and Happybet.
