Chile provisional World Cup squad announced

Chile coach Jorge Sampaoli has named his 30-man provisional squad for next month's World Cup.

There are no major surprises in the list of players included, with Arturo Vidal, Alexis Sanchez, Eduardo Vargas, Mauricio Isla and Gary Medel are included as expected. While Humberto Suazo does not feature on the list.

Claudio Bravo remains Sampaoli's first choice goalkeeper with Herrera second in line, it's up to Paulo Garces and Cristofer Toselli to fight it out for the third choice spot.

The squad consists of four goalkeepers, seven defenders, 13 midfielders and six forwards.
