Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko celebrate Valentine’s Day with lower division teams in FA Cup

The draw for the MTN FA Cup has been held with Ghana Premier League sides Hearts and Kotoko pitted against lower division clubs
The next round of the MTN FA Cup resumes February 14, 2013 with giants Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak being paired with lower division clubs.

One of the fixtures highly expected to catch the eyes of fans is the clash of the two Ghana Premier League sides Liberty Professionals and Amidaus Professionals.

Sixteen top flight clubs, 24 Division 1 sides and 24 Division 2 clubs were entered in the draw held on Tuesday.

The Porcupine Warriors will face either Japekrom Mpuasuaman or Dormaa Nkyenkyenkye, both third-tier teams in the second round stage of the competition while the Phobians head to Tamale to face Utrecht.

Champions New Edubiase will be away to Starke FC in Sekondi.
