South Bronx United's teenage sensation Silas Twumasi is eyeing a move to play outside despite been on the wanted list of New York Red Bulls.
He confessed in an interview with Goal.com Ghana that Europe is his next target.
“My main dream is to play in Europe as I know what I am capable of doing,” he said. “I have always scored goals and that is my hallmark.”
“I have already trained with New York Red Bulls but I want a move to Europe to prove myself.”
Twumasi, 16, has been the main star in the American Junior Major League Soccer where he plays for the Bronx based-side.
“I have set myself a target and this season I will go beyond my always 20 goals mark,” he pointed out.
His coach Andrew So, who also spoke to Goal.com Ghana, was quick to point out that the young forward has what it takes to get to the top of his football world.
“Silas is an exceptional talent. He has all the qualities and has the potential to get to the top,” coach So emphasised.
Twumasi was born in Ghana but moved to America whilst still a toddler with his parents.
