The Suhum-based referee has been appointed by the Referees Committee to handle Sunday’s game at the Accra Sports Stadium
The Referees Committee of the Ghana Football Association has chosen William Agbovi to officiate Sunday’s MTN FA Cup final between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Inter Allies at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Suhum-based FIFA referee has had a lot of big matches under his belt will be assisted by some of the big names in the officiating circle.
Ibrahim Adams, Ouedrago Dawood, and Seidu Bomison will operate as the assistant referees.
Kotoko are targeting a double after clinching the First Capital Plus Premier League which ended last Wednesday.
For Inter Allies, this happens to be their closest attempt to annex a silverware since gaining promotion to the Ghana top-flight at the start of the just ended season.
