The budding Ghanaian talent has noted that playing just in front of the back four is not new to him and is ready to help the coach execute his plans
Ghanaian international Sam Laryea Mensah has said playing in the holding midfield role for Orebro BK is not new to him since he has done that severally.
The 24-year-old defender joined Orebro from Swedish Allsvenskan side Ostersunds at the end of last season and has so far been a key element in their setup.
“Well, I do not know. I played a lot at that position in Östersund so I'm used to it. I'm a player that works on different positions so I play where the coach thinks I can excel more,” Mensah told the club’s official website
The former Right to Dream Academy player also stated that he is ready for the clash with Kalmar FF on Sunday.
“I'm in the squad to face Kalmar. But whether I’ll play I do not know. All I can say is I am ready for the game and will do my best if the coach uses me.”
