Ghana FA Cup holders, Medeama SC will need to dig deep to overturn a 0-2 loss at the hands of AC Leopards.

The Congolese side made use of their home advantage to win the first leg after scoring in each half.

Medeama now have an uphill task to make it to the group stage when the two sides clash in the return leg next week Sunday.

The Mauve and Yellows are the only Ghanaian side left in the Africa Inter-Club Competitions following the early exits of Berekum Chelsea, Kumasi Asante Kotoko, and Ebusua Dwarfs.
