The 16-year-old has been one of the best players of the Black Satellites at the Fifa U20 World Cup in Turkey.
The Tema Youth youngster is reported to have caught the attention of Manchester United, FC Porto and Benfica scouts at the tournament.
Odjer claimed he is not aware of the latest interest coming from the Anfield side, but told SkySports it will be a dream to be linked with them.
“To be honest, I am not aware of the interest from Liverpool. I know that clubs such as Porto and Benfica are here and I have good reports from them,” he said.
“Liverpool are a mighty club so to be linked with them is a fantastic feeling. It is like a dream,” Odjer opined.
He missed Ghana’s semi-finals defeat against France on Wednesday through suspension but will be available on Saturday for the third place game against Iraq.
