Newly-appointed Manchester United manager David Moyes could make a move for his long time transfer target Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe, a Belgian international of Ghanaian descent, who plays for Club Brugge.
The former Everton manager has kept an eye on the talented midfielder since last summer, but the deal was not completed before the transfer window ended. He managed to sign him on loan in January, but Fifa did not recognise it due to the fact that it was done outside the transfer period.
Emerging reports in the Belgian media are that Moyes is keen on signing Odjidja-Ofoe for the Red Devils as a replacement for Anderson, who is on his way out of the club after his five-year stint.
According to the 90 Minutes, Moyes is willing to pay about seven million pounds for the services of the 24-year-old. Odjidja-Ofoe, who has always expressed interest to play in Champions League football, may opt for the Old Trafford outfit.
Odjidja-Ofoe could not establish himself at his boyhood team Anderlecht and also at Hamburger, where he made an appearance in total of seven in two years. He has scored 14 goals in 117 games for Brugge.
