The Phobian coach believes his side is yet to come to term as top-notch and it will take at least one more year for them to attain that statusThe coach of Accra Hearts of Oak David Duncan is well convinced that his current team is yet to reach its peak and the fans should continue rallying behind the Phobians.
According to the coach, the side keeps improving game after game and they will be hard to beat when they reach their limit.
“It will take one more year for us to reach our peak and be very formidable, we are still on the learning process,” Duncan told Goal Ghana after the 1-1 draw with Kotoko on Sunday.
“We could have sealed the game if we had taken all the chances that came our way in the first half but we did not and Kotoko came back strongly in the second half.”
Duncan added: “The one all scoreline is a true reflection of the game and I will commend the Kotoko defence as they were very resolute at the back and prevented us from scoring.”
The game between the two giants in Ghana football at the Accra Sports Stadium was a tale of two halves as the home side scored in the first half through Winful Cobbinah before Michael Helegbe headed home the equaliser after the interval.
