The Ghana international has helped the Old Lady to win their 29th league title that becomes the 24-year-old’s first ScudettoGhana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah helped Juventus to win their second successive Serie A title on Sunday.
It was the 24-year-old’s first Scudetto with the Bianconeri who struggled to beat relegation-threatened side Palermo in Turin.
The former Udinese playmaker lasted for 67 minutes and Antonio Conte substituted him with Federico Peluso. It was Arturo Vidal who grabbed the lone goal for the Old Lady from the spot after Mirko Vucinic had been fouled by Massimo Donati.
The Ghana international and team-mate Stephan Lichtsteiner were a torn in the flesh of the Palermo defence. Asamoah won the Supercoppa Italiana (Italian Super Cup) with Juventus in 2012.
The 2012-13 victory is Juventus’ 29th league title.
