The last line of defence of the Phobians, who had fallen down the pecking order, ever since Duncan arrived, says he believes “someone is badmouthing” him to the coach
Adjei, who helped Ghana to qualify for their first World Cup in 2006, said ever since the former Ashgold trainer joined the Phobians things have not gone down well between the two.
“I have always taken part in training but the coach doesn’t even speak to me,” the shot-stopper told Accra-based Happy FM.
“I have conducted myself very well as an experienced player but I believe someone is badmouthing me to the coach.”
The former Ashdod last line of defence believes “something is going on” which needs to be addressed.
“Because I don’t see why I always go to training and the coach doesn’t even speak nor tell me anything.
“Not even a word to me when he is calling his team for games, so that clearly tells you something is going on.”
