The four-time Africa champions will camp in the east African country where they will play the Harambee Stars ahead of the trip to Sudan
Reports reaching Goal.com Ghana from the corridors of the Ghana Football Association are that Kenya was chosen because the climate there is the same as Sudan and also the Stars have camped and trained there in most of their away assignments on the African soil
Whilst in Kenya, the Black Stars will lock horns with the Harambee stars on June 1 in a friendly game as coach Kwesi Appiah and his technical team seek to sharpen the rough edges in the team ahead of the crunch duel.
Kenya on the other hand will also use the game as a preparatory match ahead of their clash with African Champions Nigeria in Nairobi.
Ghana are lying second on the table just a point behind Zambia and a win will put the 2014 World Cup dream further on course.
Coach Appiah is expected to name his men for the game on the second week of May.
