Spanish La Liga side, Getafe are leading the race to sign Ghanaian international Rahim Ayew when the summer transfer window opens.
The player alongside his Ghanaian team mate Cofie Bekoe are bent on leaving Belgian Jupiler League side, Lierse SK and exclusive reports reaching Goal.com Ghana revealed talks between the player and Getafe have started.
According to a close source in the Spanish capital, Ayew was seen with his agent in the camp of Getafe last weekend.
Clubs such as Rayo Vallecano, Osasuna and Espanyol are also believed to be interested in the services of the eldest son of Abedi Pele.
Ayew who can play in both defense and midfield moved from Egyptian side Zamalek to Lierse in 2011.
