The Italian side grabbed a consolation through striker Leboski who pounced on a loose ball in Ghana’s goal area.
Coach Sellas Tetteh’s team will play another test game against Barcelona’s team B next week.
Ghana is paired in Group A alongside Algeria, Benin and Egypt.
