Ghana Premier League leaders Medeama have grabbed a three-year sponsorship deal from Ghana Manganese Company Limited.
Goal.com Ghana understands that the deal which is worth $80,000 a year will help release the club from some of its numerous financial burdens and it will also ginger them to maintain their top position in this year's league.
The name of the company and their logo will be displayed in front of the jersey of the club aimed at projecting them and their image.
Medeama will also receive an increase package should they make it to either the Caf Champions League or the Confederation Cup as it will offer the company a bigger market avenue.
Meanwhile, telecommunications company Airtel is also said to be interested in being a minor sponsor for the Tarkwa-based club.
